Find a place you like and want to become a regular? Simply select the "Join Place" option on the Place Home screen and you are set. You will be able to create a post or event to the place instantly, and your channel will be added to the place's regulars list. The newly joined place will show up in your Connections menu under "Places" so you can easily find it again. New place content will be indicated in parenthesis after the place name in your Connections menu.
